Once we know what you're looking for, we'll narrow the search around your price range, location, property type, and must-haves.
3. Tour Homes
When something catches your attention, we'll schedule a showing and take a closer look. I'll help you evaluate more than just how the home looks—we'll also consider price, location, condition, and comparable properties.
4. Make an Offer
Found the right one? I'll help you structure an offer and negotiate terms while keeping your goals in mind.
5. Get to the Closing Table
Once you're under contract, I'll help you navigate the remaining steps through inspections, appraisal, financing, and closing.
